auraesque | Introducing My Guest Bloggers (Reply)

Before I head off to work, I want to introduce my wonderful guest
bloggers. These ladies have stepped up to help me meet the deadlines for
the blogathon, and I am proud to call them friends. If you haven't
already, definitely go check out their blogs. Please give them a warm
welcome and copious amounts of less-than-three.

givesmevoice and I met when she was looking for a
roommate and I was looking for a room. We were both members of our
University's livejournal community, and we decided to meet in person.
It turned out we both had the same birthday, and if that wasn't a sign,
what is? We ended up being roommates our sophomore year. She introduced
me to Law and Order: SVU, and I introduced her to Sirius/Lupin. It was
win-win for everyone. (11:30AM, 2:30PM)

penchaft was a member of

write_away when I joined
a few years ago. Her writing is awesome and hilarious, and I still have
the postcard story she sent me. (12:00PM)

I met

buhfly after following the work of

crotalus_atrox, the talented artist behind Friendly Hostility.

buhfly is an amazingly talented Web designer, and her whimsical
designs inspired some of the look behind crazedlilgirl.com in it's
earliest inceptions. (12:30)

iremos and I met on the creative writing board at
Kiwibox.com. Soon after, she became my reporter and later Associate
Editor in the eXpressions section of the site. She is wildly talented,
driven and all-around amazing. (1:00, 2:00)

lindskaba lived in the freshman dorms with me at university,
but we didn't meet until about halfway through the school year. I am
very happy to have found her--she has been a wonderfully supportive
friend to me, and it doesn't hurt to have her on your team at karaoke.

smeddley is a fellow mod over at

creative crafting rock-star. I am proud to be the owner of several

smeddley originals, including a stepholopod and a book thong.

cmer and I met shortly after I joined the Animorphs fandom. She was a regular on another message board, and I met her through a mutual friend (Todd or Rijab, I think). If I rememebr right, our boards had a friendly competition over which was better. Morphz, of course. (5:00)

sunflower_sky is another friend from the Kiwibox.com
creative writing boards. I am amazed at how much she has grown in the
time I've known her: from a talented young author to a new mom, she is
incredible. (4:00)

mistressemi may be my earliest internet friend. Wow--I think
I have known her since around 1998 when I joined a community she was
already a part of. We had a rocky start, but I am happy we are still
friends almost a decade later. (5:30)

trileaderroses is my big-sister-I-never-had. We met at the
aforementioned MORPHZ messageboard after an exciting rendition of Happy
Birthday. I am sure we chatted before then, but I will mark the epic
round-robin that resulted as the start of our friendship. (6:00, 6:30,
7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30)
